    Pros:
    •fairly quiet
    •laundry downstairs
    •bus outside
    •huge apartment
    Cons:
    •no parking
    •rat infestation by trash and in front of building under main tree
    •old washer / dryers
    •have to call 311 to get repairs done in timely fashion
    •waterbugs
