Pros:
Close to botanical gardens, trains, buses, bronx zoo, public parking, schools, supermarket, Precinct, nice neighbors.
Cons:
Landlord is not responsive. Fixes issues with the cheapest supplies. Doesn’t fix major issues properly so the issues keep happening. People smoke in hallway and don’t clean up after their pets or themselves.
Difficult to find parking.
Advice to owner:
Communicate with the tenants. Stay on top of your building and stop being cheap.
