    Pros:
    Nothing I like about this building
    Cons:
    The building it’s nasty old crusty
    Advice to owner:
    Putting some work into this building some paint fixs the stairs clean every floor it’s embarrassing it’s smells bad it looks and feel like animals live here if it was because of the tenant and taking care of their apartments this building would fall apart.
