    Great building but area not so much
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Super is great and keeps the nonsense outnof building.
    Building always clean and quiet for the most part.
    Cons:
    Outside you will see tons of homeless as there is a shelter nearby.
    Advice to owner:
    Find a way to get these homeless people out the area.
