This building is the perfect location to catch the train and bus. D and 4 train. Shops, gym, food is ok, There is a daily farmers market right on the concourse. Lehman College and Botanical Gardens. Walking distance to Fordham Rd. And easy access to downtown.
Cons:
Before the new super the building was clean every day. Steps and trash kept clean. Laundry area was decent. You do not feel like you will be attacked by rats while washing clothes. The steps were clean. The entrance of the building clean. The elevator walls and floor Clean. Not anymore. Slums. Nasty living conditions.
Advice to owner:
Hire Help! Someone needs to tend to the building daily. There is no reason why the tenant should have to come out of her apt. To clean the front steps. Do better
