    rude super and maintenance man

    Pros:
    friendly tenants. spacious living room and bedroom
    Cons:
    maintenance man barely finishes the job or just doesn’t do it correctly and will have you waiting a whole year to finish what he started.
    Advice to owner:
    hire people that can actually supervise and maintain the building correctly.
