    It is a mess

    Pros:
    I don’t like nothing
    Cons:
    They don’t take care the building at all they don’t fix nothing only charge for the rent
    Advice to owner:
    To take care more his business come around to check everything amd and when the tenant call the office to pick up the phone and be polite with them
