    Decent place for the rent

    Pros:
    Quiet, clean, no rodents
    Cons:
    Neighbors make a big deal about music playing even at respectable hours

    Pros:
    The building is quiet, and the heat during the winter is amazing. The neighborhood is changing hopefully for the better. Little to no crime on the block.
    Cons:
    The building isn’t swept and mopped as much as it used to. It’s never dirty, also it could be due to apartments being repaired and renovated.
    Advice to owner:
    Please mop a little bit more. Otherwise don’t change anything else.
