They only care about the money

Pros:
It’s directly across the street from a grocery store.
Cons:
They changed supers too often. Tenets don’t care about a clean trash area. They sell drinks in front of the building. Basically a shelter with no rules. Repairs are not done in a timely manner. Management doesn’t communicate well, if at all.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone who cares about people.
