    dirty unclean old place with roaches and rats

    no pros of the building
    Cons:
    Greedy cheap management/landlord, dirty, unpleasant place with roaches and rats everywhere, inside the units and at the basement where laundromats installed, dogs feces and poops on the ground, molds, allergy, nobody cleans around the building
    Advice to owner:
    addressed several times, no results

    Cons:
    Noisy
    Pest problems
    heating problems
    large amount of security deposit taken
    rent went up during pandemic
    Advice to owner:
    would not rent from here again
