Building needs a lot of experience

Pros:
The apartment is a very good size!
Cons:
Kitchen is small. Heat isnt consistent and only comes on certain times of day. RATSSSS! Rat infestation right in our garbage disposal area. Elevator working is in consistent. Outside Crack heads use hallways for sleeping and lounging.
Advice to owner:
Super can improve response time and actually work instead of sending his paid friends. Its terribly hard to get i. Contact with Joshua which I feel is the reason for all the cons. If he was more active in his property he would see all these concerns and HOD worthy complaints
