Neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. The neighborhood has many conveniences like shops and transportation, near a few parks.
Cons:
Besides the neighborhood getting worse, there are always leaks, the elevator goes out every now and then, the building is out of gas for 5 months so can't cook anything,
Advice to owner:
Maintain the building better before thinking of raising people's rent to compete with NYC prices.

Very nice building with some issues

Pros:
It’s clean and in a great area
Cons:
The side of the building is a hangout spot year round. The garbage is kept in the basement along with the laundry machines and often times there’s so much garbage down there that I avoid it.
Advice to owner:
Give the building a little TLC on the inside. New elevators would be great. The current elevators are the dangerous kind that you have to open a door to get in.
