Good building but ROACHES

Pros:
The building it’s self is pretty quite and the super is very nice
Cons:
Cockroaches everywhere. Area is loud.
Advice to owner:
Fix the bug problem and the pest control service that comes monthly doesn’t do enough

Clean and quiet building

Pros:
This building is very clean and quiet. A lot of working peopl live here and loud music is never a problem. The property is always upkept and the super, Adolfo is very attentive.
Cons:
There are sometimes big roaches in the basement floor. The two doors at the entrance are annoying because they pull in, instead of pushing out, which makes entry and exit awkward, especially when you have a lot of stuff on you.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good maintenance in the building!
