Landlord don’t care about the property all they want is money.

Pros:
The bathroom and kitchen
Cons:
Mice no heat windows have a draft that comes through and no hot water and property is poorly maintained
Advice to owner:
As a landlord you need to stay on top of your property and stop blaming tenant for things that is going on with the property for years is not the tenant is you as property owners that don’t want to spend money and fix the issue but want your rent.and learn how to speak to your tenants with respect.
