    Pros:
    Small buiding with three apartments. The neighbors are friendly.
    Cons:
    Owner only collects the rent. Front cement is breaking. Stair are rickety. No real heat distribution. Mice are everywhere in the second and third floors. House floods when it rains.
    Advice to owner:
    Care about your tenants, please.
