    Ok but expensive & not well maintained

    Pros:
    Quite building.
    Great bathroom with heated floors.
    Washer & Dryer in unit.
    Gym in building (also see con below)
    Rooftop terrace (also see con below)
    Bike room
    Cons:
    Public areas are not well maintained.
    Garbage rooms overflow and the first floor trash room makes the lobby smell disgusting most of the time.
    Floors are dirty most of the time.
    The gym is not well maintained, no cleaning products are restocked.
    No furniture is provided on the roof terrace.
    Advice to owner:
    Improve cleaning practices. Garbage need to be taken out more often so the rooms doesn’t overflow and smell. Floors need to be cleaned more thoroughly and frequently. Clean the gym regularly and restock the wipes. Put some chairs on the roof imduring the summer.

    Pros:
    Great location
    Pretty safe
    Noise level is at a minimum. Everyone minds their business here and goes about their day!
    Cons:
    Management very slow in responding.
    Gym is not maintained properly
    Garbage rooms are atrocious it’s so crazy. They need a better system in handling this!
    Advice to owner:
    The building is beautiful and very modern but after residents have moved in they have yet to do what it takes to keep it up. Very disappointing especially since living here is not cheap at all. Also, we were told the rooftop would have some sort of chairs to lounge in during the warmer months and nothing. Nothing has been done for the past two years. Very sad.
