Pricy but fine enough
Former Tenant
Pros:
AirCon in the building, nice gym, pretty quiet building, great access to 2, 4, 5, and 6 trains.
Cons:
Amenities were supposed to be ready about 10 months ago and are still not complete. Leaking ceilings throughout the building and some black mold forming, maintenance staff is pretty responsive but building management is not. Way too expensive for amenities you have in the area.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenants

No security, high price
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are pretty nice. The amenities aren't too bad; though most of them are still incomplete. It's right next to the 4/5 (138th), the 2 (149th), and not far from the 6 (138th). Angelo, the building super, is fantastic.
Cons:
Building management is unresponsive. Theres no security. Lots of car break ins and my neighbor got his motorcycle stolen in broad daylight from in front of the building. There's a drug rehab center next door and sometimes they get a little rowdy. The pet dogs in this building and the one next to it poop all over the sidewalks; owners rarely pick it up. They're construction on i87 and they have the jackhammer going from 1am - 5am at least twice a week; I've complained to the city but they do nothing about it.

A 70 year old lady was murdered here https://abc7ny.com/bronx-woman-charged-with-concealment-of-human-corpse-after-body-found-/14557282/ .
Advice to owner:
Get some security and a better superintendent.
