    Expensive, small, loud
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The space used to have large rooms and closets with lots of light. There is more fencing and it is renovated.
    Cons:
    Owner was unresponsive. New owner was rude, turned off water, removed all tenants to make rooms smaller and up charge. Neighborhood is noisy, busy, smaller rooms now.
