    Can use some work!

    Pros:
    The landlord is a sweetheart
    Cons:
    Mice , roaches , noisy neighbors, floors make noise while walking
    Advice to owner:
    Put new carpet on your steps, fix the floors so their isn’t too much noise when you walk around the house, fix the rodent problem sometimes mice come and go and this house has way too many roaches, seal the cracks in your tenants room,
