Decent building. I came from a horrible building so this is paradise

Pros:
Quiet building for the most part The súper is attentive and takes care of any issues right away. Great heat. Cameras everywhere, each floor. Clean laundry mat
Cons:
The hallways are kinda dark. Ppl throw food out through the balcony on this huge rock where there’s 3-4 cats.. which has brought pests... possums, raccoons, crows, rats.. The supers assistant is creepy and stares a lot, he doesn’t clean. No ramp in the front so it’s not accessible for everyone. I’m not sure if ppl under or above me smoke but It fills the rooms with the smell of cigs and weed
Advice to owner:
Need a new assistant super, I always see him hanging around. Sometimes my halls are full of drippings & lots of dust for weeks until they see me through the camera taking pictures of it than he cleans it up right away
