    Horrible landlord!!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice apt after I fixed it and had a 5 yr verbal lease
    Cons:
    The landlord wanted it back after I fixed it and did everything possible to get me out
    Advice to owner:
    God can only help you
