Wouldn’t live here

Pros:
Wood floors were nice, lighting in apartment,
Cons:
Stove was covered in rat poop, moved into the apartment and not a thing was cleaned, holes everywhere, had to fix everything myself, Eileen is so rude on the phone and Ken is a snake don’t trust these people. Tried to not give me my key fee back because the “part time super” didn’t sign the paper he was supposed to … like that had anything to do with me. If you move here keep every paper they give you, and record every phone call and send them the typed version after calling.
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap, it’s not working.

Big space and nice floors
Cons:
Dirty when I moved in. Some weird stuff happens outside but it’s a pretty safe area. At least for the bronx.
