Horrible place to live

I never liked anything about this place.

Cons

Property owner, Seetadai Kawal has an illegal convertion, which she steals peoples light from the first floor apartment. She was caught once by Con Ed, but still does it. She also has basement illegally rented. She also likes to live tenants lifes, always looking to see who comes to visit you etc...Wants to be aware of everything, she even put cameras on the 1st floor hallway to see who comes in or out the 1st floor apartment.

Advice to the owners

Please stop stealing tenants light. You never changed the light cables from the living room space you took for your illegal office.
