Avoid If Possible
Pros
There's a dishwasher in the unit as well as a laundry room in the building. If you reach out to the management office in need of a repair, there is maintenance crew that does repairs if needed.
Cons
The maintenance crew does their best to keep the building clean but there are neighbors that do not care and will toss trash anywhere and smoke in the hallways. The maintenance crew also makes an effort to come fix important things like smoke detectors or leaks but if they feel like a repair isn't necessary, say, a cabinet falling off its hinges, they won't show up. There were new washers and dryers put in a little over a year ago that warranted a price raise but they already don't work. There is also a huge pest problem! I keep my apartment as clean as possible and still found roaches in my fridge AND dishwasher, both appliances that get kept closed. There's also no cameras anywhere in a building located in not-so-safe neighborhood.
Advice to the owners
Stop raising the rent if you can't even get washing machines and dryers that work.
