    Pros:
    New, location, elevator
    Cons:
    Electric Heat bills from hvac units installed by building in the winter can cost $500/mo. Poorly insulated walls, holes to outside around hvac units.
    Windows also leak cold air.
    Advice to owner:
    Insulate the walls properly and fix insulation surrounding hvac units.
