    Nice building with nice neighbors
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very close to public transportation. 6 train is just 1 block away. Also near a lot of local grocery stores and restaurants
    Cons:
    Management has yet to fix some leaks but COVID pandemic is partially to blame.
