    Absolutely terrible
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Neighbors were nice and helpful
    Corner store was super friendly
    Cons:
    Overrun with mice and roaches
    Landlord talks down to tenants
    Landlord sexually harasses tenants
    Hot water is scalding
    Ceiling in bathroom fell at least once a year
    Illegally housing tenants in the basement in even worse conditions than the actual apartments
    Advice to owner:
    Sell the building to someone more equipped to be an ethical landlord
