    Landlord is a real slum lord only interested in the rent not maintaining the uni

    Pros:
    Prior to new landlord house was well maintained and there is access to the back yard
    Cons:
    Neighborhood is not great
    Advice to owner:
    Be a better landlord, be respectful and take care of tenant concerns
