    Can’t think of any
    Cons:
    Only cares that he gets his money. Doesn’t care who he rents too. Doesn’t fix any or fixes when it’s convenient and it’s not expensive. Doesn’t put heat on when it’s cold.
    Advice to owner:
    Landlord is the property owner
