    It’s Okay if you’re looking for something quick

    Pros:
    Was a roof over my head.
    Cons:
    Loud music and sounds 24/7 from neighbors below.
    Infested with roaches and other weird bugs.
    Advice to owner:
    Constantly clean your premises. Ensure roaches and other bugs aren’t making your tenants uncomfortable. Especially when it’s contributed to the cleanliness of the below floor.
