    The Worse Landlords Ever!! Be aware

    Pros:
    The apartments are nice. New appliances.
    Cons:
    First off this private house is beautiful and large in the inside. The problem is the landlords! They live right next door and are the most intruding and disrespect individuals I have ever dealt with in my life. Everything and anything is a problem with them. They don’t like for their tenants to have visitors and have installed cameras to watch who comes in and out of the house. They don’t like packages to be delivered. They don’t like garbage to be put out everyday, they will complain about too much garbage being taken out. They don’t like when their water bill comes out “higher” than the last month, and will question you on the use of the water .. for example they will ask if you have visitors or have you been utilizing the dishwasher (which is included in the rent agreement). They make up lies!!! And sent out constant disrespectful text messages at all types of hours. They watch you and send their children to watch you as well. They come into your home without your permission and speak about you with the next door neighbors. Guys if you are considering this apartment I advise you to keep looking and save yourself a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I am not exaggerating!

    * You pay for your own heat which can be expensive.
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t rent, if you don’t know how to be a respectful landlord. It is unfair for people to have to feel uncomfortable within their own home, where they pay rent!.. It is also unfair for tenants to have to move out of the apartment in a short period of time due to the disrespect and headaches.
