Horrible landlord, check the violations

Pros:
Nicely renovated which is the reason I was trusting of moving in here
Cons:
Nice guy at first, then found out the apartment he was renting me was illegal. Once the city got involved It got ugly after that. My air/heating stopped working, locked me out my mailbox, harassed me constantly. When i moved out he didn’t return the security deposit as if he wasn’t the one who violated city codes and laws causing me and my husband and infant to almost be homeless in the middle of winter. Unfortunately I’ll have to see him again in court for our security deposit. Ask the other tenants their experience
