    Pros:
    Beautiful area to live in.
    Cons:
    Building electrical issues.
    During the winters expect constant black outs!
    Con Ed bill is a monthly set $400-$600 per unit! due to electrical rigging, The landlord is non compliant.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix your buildings electrical issues. Rigging electricity will gain you to loose good tenants.
