The apt was spacious and we needed to move in quickly
Cons:
The landlord “Lucky” charged us 3 months rent upfront. The place was falling apart as soon as we moved in. The paint in the bathroom peeled instantly leaving us with falling paint chips everywhere nothing was done in the 2 years of living there. I came home one day to the landlord just casually in my apartment “measuring” something. One time I answered the door on my way out and was told by a very intimidating guy that its not ok that I wouldnt let him in to check something out for the landlord. He would raise the rent whenever he felt like it. Send us late fees even though we paid on time. It was a nightmare. I absolutely hated living there.
Advice to owner:
Stop scamming people. Upkeep your property.
