Pests, rats in the basement. They offer laundry onsite but the rats will keep you away

Get rid of the rats and all is well

Not a bad building at all

Pros:
It’s close to the 2&5 lines Lots of food around to buy and a great bar near Dog friendly and dog park down the block Park also nearby Rent is not too bad for the area
Cons:
Big rats around Water pressure is not good Plumbing is terrible but response is not too bad Pests problem is annoying When heat is not necessary it is on but when it’s needed there is no heat
Advice to owner:
Please work on the rat problem. Also water pressure needs to be better.
