A Lot of the apartments tested positive for Lead

Pros

Super seems cool

Cons

A lot of the apartments tested positive for lead and they are still allowing people to live there and trying to move people in. You can find the information by going to HPD online nyc and typing in the address. It is open violations

Advice to the owners

Stop moving people into lead base apartments. You’re going to get a law suit

Convenient location, property needs care

Pros

The location between the 2 and 5 train makes it easy for commuting. Plenty of shops close by, a well as the Botanical Garden and the Bronx Zoo.

Cons

1) Property manager as well as super has made inappropriate remarks to single female tenants 2) Although there’s an elevator in the building, there many steps to get to 1st floor lobby, and no ramp. This property is NOT ADA friendly. 3) Have complain about leaking faucet in bathroom for over a year, still not fixed 4) Several tenants have complained of rodent issues for over a year now 5) No signage about COVID-19 protocols, nor any hand sanitizer units in lobby

Advice to the owners

1) Get rid of the mice 2) construct ramp in front entrance 3) laundry facilities in the building would be a + 4) Get a new super
