    Quiet, Well kept building

    Pros:
    Quiet, kept clean, elevator, laundry room in building, cameras, indoor parking
    Cons:
    Laundry room could be bigger, no portal to pay rent or request repair services
    Advice to owner:
    Set up a portal where rent could be paid, provides information to tenants and where you can request repair service.
