The owner is disrespectful despicable most evil nurse I've ever met in my life
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors don't like the owner and ever since the owners bought it back in 2020 they left a huge pile of garbage in the backyard which lead up to rats breaking into the building you'll see massive amount of holes from repairs of rats so the pros of the property is the neighbors that band together to get the owner of this building find from department of building sanitation and Department of Health.
Cons:
The whole building needs to be repaired Roofing backyard Foundation molding lead the balcony railing is moldy the inside smells like a moldy Forest has take over the whole house the landlord doesn't care to do the necessary repairs the heating is horrible the water at times is nasty and brown. And as I was describing earlier the pros of the neighbors band together to curse out and call violation against the owners because of the building of not repair there is trash in the backyard which led to massive amount of rats at least 15 to 20 that violated the inside of the building from the first floor to the second floor all while the owners rent it out these apartments to two families with four children under the age of 10 living in poor conditions and not caring enough to fix them in a timely manner then because the tenants pointed out there insufficient care to the property the owners want to go to court and file eviction to these families which they were paying fully every month over $2,000 for the poor conditions.
Advice to owner:
Be more Humane and empathetic to the people, take the proper consideration of repairs for your building before renting out to tenants of families if not then do not be come home or owners and rent out if you cannot handle the property properly out your properties.
