    Cockroaches in the building and very old building

    Pros:
    Quiet building and quiet people, and management are good people. They are very polite
    Cons:
    There are many cockroaches, old building, old walls. The building needs to be renovated.
    Advice to owner:
    Renovation is the best solution. It is very old building and it has cockroaches and mice.
