    Place is a dilapidated dump

    None ...was taken care of back in the 80's
    Cons:
    Falling apart n worse now that ole lady passed, daughter is disgusting, Loud, dirty ..kids screaming
    Advice to owner:
    She don't talk any advice, know it all..sucks from system...

    Cons:
    falling apart, storage units in 2 apts..Steals electric, faulty wires in basement n oil heater..dangerous building
