    More Cons than Pros

    Pros:
    Close to the subway.
    Cons:
    This is a private apartment house and to enter the apartment you must go down a flight of stairs to access your apartment while being accosted by a vicious barking pitbull. The owner's wife is a problem and disrespectful. Installed mutliple cameras underneath the windows with recording devices leading to invading your privacy. The pitbull barks at all hours and is wildly dangerous. The landlord's wife is up as early as 4am every morning disrupting the peace with her yelling and screaming. She took in all the stray cats from the neighborhood and started feeding them. Some of them have stayed lingering around the house and the kitty litter stank up the front of the house. The landlord's wife fights with the neighbors and creates a hostile environment for the tenants.
    Advice to owner:
    None since he is aware of everything. His wife is definitely a problem.
