    Owner Levi is horrible

    Pros:
    The area is nice
    Cons:
    The owner doesn’t care about property you can call him and weeks bass by without him returning your calls leaks in bedroom / hallway when it rain Levi is a slumlord
    Advice to owner:
    Return calls and fix ALl the problems
