Don’t move here. Research everything that is this property and the people behind it.

Cons

Mngt lists the building as luxury. It’s so far from that. A bunch of closed door handshakes to put the building together in the cheapest way possible. The previous property owner was labeled as the worst landlord in nyc. And mngt allowed his family to move in. Complete degenerates.

You are a fraud that’s taking advantage of the tenants. Do better.
