The apartments landlords will not allow you to have heat and water

Pros:
In the middle of winter the tenants of this apartment been fighting for their lives from the cold, a pregnant woman, older women and children’s
Cons:
Mold literally everywhere in the walls, pipes and water hoses, garbage always taken out late, pests galore, ceiling is water filled pockets, the water never turns hot, the toilets messes up every other month
Advice to owner:
Care about your tenants ATIN BATRA AND RAJ
