Roach and mice infested. Owner won't let you make any repairs even if you offer to pay yourself. Owner will not let you open window in winter especially in bathroom to let out the steam from shower. That caused black mold and owner will not fix the black mold, pest issues and roach issues. No matter how much we try to correct it its not a one man job. Also she lives with her son who is a convicted sex offender. Enough said.
