Could be better

Pros:
Near public transportation, stores, hospital and schools.
Cons:
Building needs work, people are constantly getting stuck in the elevator. The ceilings leak, roaches/mice issues. Tub paint peels off. Landlord and super do not always respond to concerns.
Advice to owner:
Work on apartments when asked. Rent should be reasonable for conditions of units.
