A horrible building don’t move in this building

Pros:
Nothing good about this building
Cons:
The landlord is a slum all he want is money and fix no repairs or clean the building. Move in at your own risks don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Advice to owner:
Take responsibility for your property and stop being a slum landlord..
