    Nice Apartment in the Bronx
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Bus Stops, pretty nice neighborhood, parking is pretty decent and crime isn't overwhelming like other areas of the Bronx
    Cons:
    Needed a little renovating in the apts
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good work.
