    Don’t waste your time

    Pros:
    On the strip where everything is close by
    Cons:
    Landlord doesn’t upkeep the property but want money all the time. The barber shop downtown rude open and closes when they want and play music loud the landlord doesn’t and says it not her problem.
    Advice to owner:
    Learn to run a business and stop making friends with people don’t care about and talking others.
