    Landlord doesn’t take pride

    Pros:
    Price was ok
    Cons:
    Landlord smokes in apartment and tenant also smoke weed in unit apartment maintenance doesn’t get correctly because he goes the cheap way and the walls are yellow from the smoke and you smell bad
    Advice to owner:
    Quit smoking and learn to take care of the property.
